Go to sleep with your curtains halfway open for a change
We all know that annoying alarm clock, which wakes us up every morning, instead of letting your alarm wake you up, let the sun enter in your bedroom. The process it’s slow and natural and your brain it’s prepared to put the brakes on melatonin production, and also hit the gas on adrenaline production.
Try starting your day off an hour earlier than usual, at least on weekdays
If you start your day with an hour earlier than usual, you will have enough time to do some exercise and enjoy your cup of coffee.
Soak your body, mind, and spirit with gratitude in the morning
Be gratitude for what you have and who you are. Nothing compares with the feeling of being comfortable with yourself. Think about positive things, because overthinking leads to negative thoughts and we all want to have a great day, every day.
Whatever you do, or however you feel in the morning, make your bed
Do you know that perfect feeling when you have accomplished something? Making your bed gives you that and also prepares your body for that day.
