Because of the lemon’s acidity you can cure cracked heels naturally. All you have to do is to put your feet in a mix of hot water and lemon juice and if you don’t have enough time to do so, then you can directly apply lemon juice on the cracked area.
Technically, you can use any type of oil, but vegetable oil is more used because of its ease of access. The vegetable oil is a natural moisturizer and that’s why is so good to cure cracked heels. Scrub and rinse your foot with a pumice stone and then apply vegetable oil on the problematic area.
Honey is also a natural moisturizer rich in antibacterial properties. Mix warm water with one cup of honey in a bucket and dip your feet in there for about 20 minutes. After this you need to scrub gently your feet and voilà, there you have it, a softer foot.
